With my background in healthcare and my training as a nurse, I approach Traditional Chinese Medecine from a thoroughly modern and practical perspective. I provide traditional acupuncture treatments (integrated with techniques like moxa, cupping or gua sha when beneficial) in the comfort of your own home. My Western medical foundation allows me to bridge both worlds, ensuring a transparant, safe, and down-to-earth approach to your health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During our first appointment, we take extra time for an in-depth intake conversation. We will discuss your overall health, medical history and goals to define the traditional chinese medicine diagnosis and to build a clear foundation for your personalized treatment plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every session begins with a traditional diagnostic assessment, which includes checking your pulse and examining your tongue. This allows me to fully tailor the treatment to your specific needs at that moment. To support your progress between sessions, I can also provide personal lifestyle and dietary advice, along with targeted Chinese herbal advice to reinforce the benefits of the treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
